To secure a date and time with Schroon Lake Surf Co, please make a reservation online. You will not be charged at the time of booking but a card will be kept on file for cancellation fees and for processing at the end of your experience. 

When a reservation is set-up it is automatically accepted. If we see a conflict with your booking we will reach out to you within 48hrs. All bookings are committing to a 90minute minimum. 

Cancelations must be made prior to 48 hrs in advance to not be charged any fees, otherwise a $50-$250 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

Return of payments and refunds will be processed within 48hrs of you scheduled booking.

If we have weather changes or emergencies during your scheduled time we will do our best to reschedule you. If we cannot you are entitled to a full refund.
